Shipping & Delivery

How long is processing and delivery time?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days. UK delivery takes about 2–5 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail or Evri. During peak seasons, couriers may require extra time.
What are your UK shipping rates?
Standard UK: £5.99   Free UK shipping on orders over £50 (if enabled during promotions). See our Shipping Policy for the latest rates.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For special requests outside the UK, please email admin@comori.co.uk.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is provided where available and will be included in your dispatch email. Some economy services may not include tracking.

Products & Safety

What ages are Comori busy boards suitable for?
Our boards are designed for ages 1+ and should always be used under adult supervision. We prioritise rounded edges, smooth finishes, and sturdy fixings.
What materials do you use?
Natural wood with non-toxic finishes, paired with carefully selected hardware. We favour soft, neutral tones to support calm, focused play.
Are the boards Montessori-aligned?
Yes — our designs emphasise hands-on, self-directed learning, fine motor practice, problem-solving, and independence, aligned with Montessori principles of simplicity and purpose.

Personalisation & Orders

Can I personalise my board with a name?
Absolutely. Select a personalised option on the product page and enter the name as you’d like it engraved (please check spelling). Personalised items are made to order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email admin@comori.co.uk as soon as possible. If production or dispatch has not started, we’ll do our best to update or cancel your order. Personalised items may not be editable once production begins.
Do you offer gift messages or gift wrapping?
Yes — add your gift note at checkout or email us after placing your order. Gift wrapping is available during seasonal periods.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery (unused, in original packaging). Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Read the full details in our Refund & Return Policy.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at admin@comori.co.uk with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
